Dr. Julie Perron is a  highly recognized and respected consultant in the Pacific Northwest, working with organizations across the country, supporting leadership development and organizational reform. Currently, Dr. Perron works as a Director with a school district in Washington, while also maintaining her status as a part-time professor with the College of Business, Engineering and Technology and Organizational Leadership at National University. Dr. Perron has also served as a school principal for 18 years, and 12 years as a classroom teacher and specialist.  An avid and engaging presenter, she leads sessions at conferences across the country, including Washington Association of School Administrators (WASA), National Association Elementary of School Principals (NAESP), Washington Association of Latino Administrators and Superintendents (WALAS), California Association of Bilingual Education (CABE), Washington Association of Bilingual Education (WABE), National Partnership for Educational Access (NPEA), National Association of Bilingual Education (NABE) and Association of Washington School Principals (AWSP). Dr. Perron holds a PhD in Leadership Studies and a Masters in Administration, Curriculum and Instruction.  She also is proficient  in both Spanish and English, and conversational in Italian. In her down time, she enjoys songwriting, guitar, cooking,  traveling, and spending time with her family, as well as her large Labrador retrievers.
